Face Data We Collect

We only process facial images, photos, or videos that you voluntarily upload to our applications. We do not collect, generate, or store biometric identifiers, face embeddings, facial geometry, facial recognition templates, or identity verification data from your uploaded media.

How We Use Face Data

Face data is used strictly to provide user-requested features, such as generating AI-powered image or video transformations, edits, or artistic effects. We do not use face data for advertising, marketing, user profiling, analytics, tracking, or to train artificial intelligence models.

Third-Party AI Processing

To generate the requested creative outputs, uploaded images or videos containing faces may be securely transmitted to trusted third-party AI infrastructure providers, including but not limited to:

• OpenAI
• Google AI Studio
• Fal AI
• BytePlus
• Additional trusted AI infrastructure or processing providers necessary to deliver the requested services and features.

These providers process face data solely to perform the AI operations requested by the user and are contractually prohibited from retaining the data or using it for advertising, tracking, or independent purposes.

Storage of Face Data

All data transmissions containing face data are fully encrypted in transit using industry-standard secure protocols (HTTPS/TLS). The face data is processed in transient cloud memory and is not stored permanently.

Retention of Face Data

We retain face data only for the minimum duration required to complete the requested AI generation process. Once the processing is completed and the resulting image or video is generated, the face data is automatically and immediately deleted from our processing servers.

Biometric Data

We do not collect, store, or process biometric data. Our applications do not perform facial recognition, facial profiling, or identity verification.

Data Sharing

We may share limited non-face information with trusted third-party service providers that assist us in operating our services, including cloud infrastructure providers, analytics providers, customer support providers, and payment processing providers. Personal information is shared only when necessary to provide the requested functionality. Our service providers are required to implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the information they process. We do not sell personal information to third parties.

Data Retention

General user data (such as device information, analytics data, and subscription status) is retained for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, or as required by law. Once no longer needed, general data is anonymized or safely deleted.

User Consent

Before content is processed using AI features, users are informed that uploaded images, videos, prompts, and related content may be transmitted to one or more trusted third-party AI processing providers solely for the purpose of generating the requested results. By using AI-powered features and submitting content for processing, users acknowledge and consent to the temporary processing and transmission of such content to the necessary AI processing providers required to deliver the requested functionality.

Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect user information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure, and therefore we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to children under the minimum age required by applicable local laws. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without appropriate authorization where required.
