Account Deletion
Request deletion of your WECODE LTD. account and associated data.
You can permanently delete your account and associated data at any time. Deletion is irreversible and will remove access to your subscriptions, remaining quotas and stored generations.
Applicable Applications
This applies to all WECODE LTD. applications, including but not limited to:
- Nano Banana 2
- Baby Dance AI
- Pikavo
- GenVid AI
- AI Home Design
- Banano Pro
- NoteAI
- Calo AI
How to request deletion
To request deletion, please send us an email from the address associated with your account. This helps us verify ownership and protect your privacy.
Information to include
- App name: e.g., Pikavo, GenVid AI, AI Home Design, or Banano Pro
- Email address: used to sign in to the app
- Platform: Android or iOS
- Optional: Any specific legal or compliance requirements you have
What will be deleted
- Your user account and profile information.
- Your generations history stored in our databases.
- Any active subscriptions or quotas managed by WECODE LTD.
Some limited information (for example, anonymized logs or billing information required by law) may be retained for legal, security or accounting purposes, but will no longer be linked to your active account.
